Beecruit is a dynamic recruitment firm employing advanced software technology to revolutionize the recruitment process, enhancing the experience for employers and job seekers alike.

Client Brief

Project Objectives:

Website Simplification: The client faced issues with their previous website being overly complicated, causing navigation difficulties. A crucial requirement was to simplify the website structure, reducing it from over 10 to just 4 essential pages.
Branding Enhancement: Beecruit’s unique brand elements weren’t sufficiently represented in their old site. They needed a design refresh to accentuate their unique brand identity.
Improved User Experience: The previous site had different user interfaces for mobile and desktop, leading to inconsistent user experience. Beecruit wanted a harmonised user experience across all devices.
Job Listing Accessibility: With job listings buried deep within the site, potential candidates faced difficulties finding relevant opportunities. Beecruit sought a way to integrate job listings more visibly into their site.

Our Solution

Streamlined Structure: We redesigned the website to strip away complexity, creating a streamlined four-page platform that dramatically improved navigation.
Brand-Focused Design: We incorporated Beecruit’s unique brand elements into the design, enhancing visual appeal and reinforcing the firm’s distinct identity.
Harmonized User Interface: We created custom designs for both mobile and desktop versions of the site, ensuring consistent and user-friendly navigation across all platforms.
Direct Job Listing Integration: We integrated job listings from the Manatal platform directly onto the homepage, making it easier for job seekers to discover relevant opportunities quickly.
