Studyworks faced issues with its previous website and booking portal, highlighting an outdated and unintuitive booking process – potentially leading to a loss of registrations. Another glaring issue of the outdated design was how key information such as registration, payment and navigation were presented – wall of texts with poor formatting, as opposed to bite-sized pieces that users can easily digest.

Modern Website with Intuitive User Experience and a Streamlined Booking Process

To address the key issues of the previous website, we brainstormed a masterplan to separate the main website and the booking platform – streamlining the user journey and providing clarity to students. We designed and developed the Studyworks website to efficiently display information about exams offered and administrative matters – vastly improving readability by condensing lengthy paragraphs to bite-sized pieces. The booking portal was developed with a custom software, tailored to Studyworks’ specific needs – enabling users to manage bookings and administrative matters with ease.
