Offering a variety of treats such as crispy seaweed codfish slices, mini shrimp rolls, and spicy chilli sauce, HLBC ensures natural crunchiness with airtight packaging. Customers can shop conveniently online for a delicious snack experience.

Building a Brand and Platform from Scratch

Heritage Lagoon set out to introduce their preservative-free snacks to the online market while building a distinct digital identity. The challenge was to create a seamless eCommerce experience from the ground up enabling intuitive product variation handling, airtight inventory management, and integrated marketing functions like coupon codes and a loyalty points system. The design also needed to reflect the brand’s artisanal and wholesome values.

We built a secure, user-friendly eCommerce platform tailored to Heritage Lagoon’s operational and branding needs. The backend simplifies product and stock management, while the frontend offers customers a smooth and engaging shopping journey. Custom marketing tools—including discount codes and a points system—were integrated to boost retention. Design elements were drawn from the brand’s natural and premium image, bringing their snack offerings to life online.
