Elevating Hyper Communications: Smart eCommerce Solutions

What was the goal of the project?

To build an eCommerce website tailored to both B2B and B2C audiences, integrate branding and business functions, and achieve high SEO rankings.

Hypercom required a versatile platform that served both businesses handling bulk orders and individual consumers, necessitating carefully tailored content and features. Products with Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) restrictions demanded a departure from standard checkout flows, adding complexity to the e-commerce functionality. The site also needed seamless integration of externally developed branding and a new VOIP demo feature, ensuring a cohesive user experience. Cybersecurity was a top priority, with robust measures implemented to safeguard user data and protect against cyber threats in an increasingly targeted e-commerce landscape.

Unified Design, Custom Features, and Robust Security

We crafted an integrated platform using WooCommerce and Elementor Pro, combining corporate and e-commerce functionalities to effectively showcase Hypercom’s services and products. The website maintains a professional corporate presence while providing a seamless shopping experience for users. To address B2B sales complexities, we implemented a custom toggle feature that switches specific products from “Add to Cart” to “Request for Pricing,” simplifying bulk order inquiries and streamlining communication with the Hypercom team.The branding developed for Hypercom was seamlessly incorporated into the design, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company’s vision. A customised VOIP integration further enhanced the platform, allowing users to demo the VOIP solution by directly calling Hypercom’s office via the website.To optimise visibility, we employed high-performance SEO strategies, including targeted keyword research, metadata optimisation, and content structuring, ensuring strong search engine rankings for Hypercom’s key offerings. Additionally, comprehensive cybersecurity measures, such as penetration testing, were implemented to identify and eliminate vulnerabilities. This robust approach safeguarded customer data, reinforced trust, and elevated Hypercom’s e-commerce operations.
