To create a website inspired by Solo Ristorante’s history, story and interior to ultimately establish a stronger digital presence that exudes confidence.

A secure and customisable website that succinctly showcases the restaurant’s history, offerings and story – all while incorporating design elements inspired from the restaurant interior design.

Challenges

Poor Navigation, Inefficient Booking, and Clunky Checkout (Hidden)

Rabbit Cabin’s previous website struggled with a non-intuitive user interface that made navigation difficult, especially on mobile devices. The appointment booking and loyalty systems were inefficient, hindering customer engagement and retention. Additionally, the clunky checkout process resulted in high cart abandonment due to an inefficient payment flow, causing lost sales opportunities. (Hidden)

We redesigned the Rabbit Cabin platform with a clean, mobile-friendly layout to improve user navigation and drive conversions. TidyCal was integrated for seamless appointment booking, while a subscription-based credits system was introduced to reward customers with discounts on recurring purchases. The checkout process was streamlined through HitPay integration, offering a faster, more user-friendly experience. Additionally, soft pastel aesthetics were used to strengthen Rabbit Cabin’s brand identity, fostering warmth and trust among customers. (Hidden)
